Which Wich (with sand in front) is the best?...

I vote for Laurenzo's Prime Rib au jus sandwich over Hillstone/Houston's. Both sandwiches are quality. No doubt about it, but I feel that the Prime Rib in Laurenzo's sandwich is more flavorful and more tender. The au jus was equally good for both and the roll that the prime rib comes on is a good hearty bread.   I have to say that the proof is in the beef, important thing going for it, flavor.
